Ordering Online
To order merchandise by credit card using our online shopping cart system, select a product category - Vinyl Boards, Plastic Pieces, Complete Vinyl Sets, or Wood Boards, Pieces, and Sets. Then browse through the individual product description pages and click on the “Add to Cart” button for those items you wish to purchase. When you are ready to place an order for the items in the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart view page. Complete the forms for billing and shipping and click on the “Continue Checkout” button. A confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you.

Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay by mail with a personal check or money order. Although our online store is hosted by PayPal, you do not need to have or sign up for an account with PayPal to order online.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped by US Mail as soon as payment is confirmed. Boards and pieces of complete wood sets may be shipped separately.

Return Policy
If your order is damaged in shipping, is defective, or you are unsatisfied with it in any way, we will accept the return of any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. The item will be replaced or the original billed amount will be refunded - whichever you prefer.
